Metsakuur Company announced that it has been selected in the third round of the “K-Fintech 30” program, hosted by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and organized by the Korea Fintech Support Center.

K-Fintech 30 is a national fintech incubation program running from 2023 to 2025, designed to identify and support 30 promising fintech companies. Each year, the FSC and the Korea Fintech Support Center evaluate candidates based on innovation, business viability, scalability, and global growth potential. In this year’s third-round selection, particular emphasis was placed on technologies that accelerate Korea’s digital financial transformation, including financial security and authentication, data-driven services, and financial service efficiency.

Metsakuur received high marks for its digital ID capabilities, AI-based identity verification and fraud detection technologies, proven operational references in the financial and public sectors, and strong potential for overseas expansion. As a result of this selection, Metsakuur will receive comprehensive scale-up support, including preferential access to policy finance, expanded collaboration opportunities with financial institutions, investment attraction support, assistance for overseas expansion, and access to the financial regulatory sandbox.

With its selection into K-Fintech 30, Metsakuur expects significantly improved financing conditions through policy-backed funding, strengthening its investment capacity for R&D and global infrastructure expansion. The company also plans to pursue new projects across areas such as digital IDs, AI-based authentication, and mobile identity verification services, as collaboration opportunities with financial institutions and public agencies expand. Joint service launches with financial partners are also under active consideration.

In addition, Metsakuur aims to aggressively enter the rapidly growing global digital ID markets, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, to secure overseas references. The company also plans to accelerate global expansion by strengthening technology partnerships with global security and cloud providers.
